Croesfryn Bach Holiday Cottage

My in-laws have recently completed the renovation of a great little holiday cottage on the side of Rhiw mountain just 6 miles from Abersoch. The views are amazing, the cottage is specced to an amazing standard and it has a fantastic outdoor seating and bbq area.

Well worth a visit for a week or two's holiday!

Give Lynne a call on 07908 848 971 for pricing and availability or send her an email.

If you have a boat and want to bring it with you it can be kept in Abersoch's premier boatyard for a fixed cost to include launch and recovery service.

Here is a proper description below.

This spacious, semi-detached, holiday cottage, adjacent to the owners' home, is situated in a secluded area on the sleepy Llyn Peninsula with far reaching views over to the north coast, Anglesey, the Irish Sea and on a good day the Wicklow mountains. Enjoy the large patio for watching stunning sunsets over the Irish Sea whilst enjoying a bbq on spacious seating area. A paradise for walkers and nature lovers with the surrounding lanes and footpaths waiting to be explored. Close by is the small manor house of Plas Yn Rhiw (NT).

There is plenty to do in the area as well as walking. There are many secluded pretty beaches as well as the more popular ones such as Porth Oer (Whistling Sands) (NT), Porth Neigwl and of course the popular tourist resort of Abersoch with it's shops, cafes and lovely sandy beaches.

Ground floor: 3 steps to living room. Dining room with tiled floor. Kitchen. 2 double bedrooms (one 5ft). Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. First floor: Second living room. Shower room with toilet.

Multi-fuel burner in living room (initial fuel inc). Gas CH inc (£25pw Nov-Mar). Elec, gas, bed linen and towels inc. Freeview TV. DVD. Gas hob. Elec oven. M/wave. W/machine. D/washer. F/freezer. Courtyard with patio, decked area, sitting-out area and furniture. BBQ. Parking (2 cars). No smoking.

Heatwave!....nope, not here. Apparently it will get better as the day goes on but currently it is still windy, grey and a little bit showery. As for the heat....well I'm not sure we'll see that at all, we might get to the high teens but I'd be surprised if we hit the 20's. Still, it looks like Friday and Saturday could be boating days, so get down here and get on with it!

9th April 2018

Great day yesterday, some people even went boating, they came back smiling. You could do the same again today, it's lovely now the sun has come out.

7th April 2018

No boating today, it is a little bit damp, however tomorrow, Sunday, looks like an altogether better day. Boating? well you could if you were here!

4th April 2018

Suns out, water is flat enough, time to go boating if you are here but get down early as the weather looks like it might go off this afternoon.

3rd April 2018

So we are back in the world of websites once more and will hopefully be able to keep you all a little more up to date with what we are getting up to here at the yard. Nothing groundbreaking for 2018, the yard is still the same, the staff are still the same, it's another fun year at the yard....now if only the weather would play ball and it would stop raining.
